Recently we received a warning from our provider saying that we have more than one million files hosted on the server.
After some investigation we found that one of our clients had some thousands of spam emails. One mroe thing is that email is very convinient and easy to learn. So people tend to send emails with attachements.
After Cleaning up, we have moved all our accounts to pop3 for this customer. This has many advantages
